Legal Compliance Officer

The role

The position is a Part-time function (16 – 24 hours) and could be executed partly from home-office in a hybrid-remote setting. You will report to Kyocera Senco EMEA CFO and will have functional relationships with Kyocera legal departments in Europe, USA and Japan.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

  • Corporate housekeeping of our 17 Legal entities and branches
  • Liaison between Kyocera Senco Emea and local lawyers and advisors
  • Drafting of Shareholders & management board Resolutions
  • Manage semi-annual board and shareholder meetings: prepare materials and meeting minutes
  • Maintenance of the Director Appointments & Resignations in Trade Register
  • Maintenance of the Authorizations for representation (Proxy monitoring)
  • Maintenance of the UBO and company registration
  • Maintenance of the internal authorization matrix
  • Prepare the group’s periodic compliance reporting and GDPR reporting
  • Ad hoc co-ordination in mergers and acquisitions: NDA and contract evaluation, supported by external lawyers
  • Maintenance of group contract register and insurance portfolio
  • Expand and develop the network of external advisors in individual countries.


  • A paralegal certification program of education and training, or an associate degree in paralegal studies
  • Relevant experience is a prerequisite
  • Must be able to manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Self-starter: ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Languages: fluent in Dutch and English
